The staff member Colin who helped me was extremely professional and took the time to thoroughly check everything and clearly explain the condition of the tyres.

What really surprised me was that he didn’t charge anything for the inspection. Instead, he honestly advised me to come back in another 10,000 km. That level of transparency and integrity is rare and very much appreciated.
